Job Motivation, Satisfaction and Performance Among Bank Employees.
Local and international businesses have been anticipating new methods to boost their employees’ performance, especially with the increasing challenges facing the industry nowadays. Structures differ from a company to another in terms of motivating their employees and providing them with a healthy work environment. In this study, we are going to address the relationship between performance and the factors of motivation and satisfaction separately. Our survey used a quantitative approach; the survey was sent to hundred employees working in the Lebanese banking sector. The results of the survey indicated a non direct relationship between job performance and job motivation and satisfaction consecutively. This study reveals the importance of job motivation and satisfaction and their immense impact on the workers performance; however other factors may contribute in retaining employees and affecting their performance.
