Wood Waste Briqueting Machine.
The main goal of this project is to design and implement a wood waste treatment device in order to reduce the deforestation and some urgent environmental problems in the world. The current report comprises of a point by point description of the machine that has been manufactured and designed regarding the waste management in the wood industry. It gives a short literature review of wood treatment technologies, in addition to the parameters that must be taken into consideration in preparing the feedstock. Furthermore, different analysis and assessments of the machine are done and proposed for the machine and project in order for it to be fruitful. The calculations are done appropriately and according to standards mainly for the torque and force required to pack the sawdust into briquettes. Also, this report covers the manufacturing process in details and points out every process that was undertaken in order to construct this machine. After manufacturing, prototype phase is also exposed in every problem that was faced and how it was overcome. Finally, tests and results are done to qualify the final product and conclude the future of this machine
